Left starved for so long, our bellies full of light & dawn, we crave for permanence, for the one-speaking surety of history. I can’t know what was hidden, what became of my “NO”. Unspeaking horrors—the gift of having been before, laying blame on cowardice, on abuse, on control, and time. They take us as a contagion, as if sprung from sick, godless heads. We know our divinity, how we have seen unfathomable happiness and truths never touched by you. Let’s offer my arms. Let’s offer my feet. We are sacrifices; mere salt fed to the transformation. Sacred Body. Sacred Time. We are one of many. But we will die, not having known.
2.
Mind the dagger that friends and loved ones will bury in your back at the first slip of their own safety. Bury in your face–a face frozen from before you knew— When you wanted nothing more than to disappear— That’s who they want back. That’s who they loved. You will never pay the price of long years fully separate from your body. I can’t begin to comprehend a life like yours who lives in flesh firmly planted. A life not often floating away in reveries or fantasies or realities of incompleteness, of wholeness, of bare puppetry. Because ours is the lot of creators standing enveloped in the folds where being and nonbeing become one.

Outturn 02:12
I am the first-born, sullied, wasted, and forgotten scion of a trauma-heaped pile of nothing. Left to soak as lightning strikes my perpetual fleeing. Lettered gray home— I am told so little, left alone, emotions controlled. All that was good was the smells. Unloving home— Unloving Home.
4.
Now we went down in beggared blows Bless-seeking blades we took in broken ways Of gold of forest stone Of whatever escape grinds us to sleep Let the panic sink us Into that space where our body is not our own Where we complete our rebirth or die along the way I almost died along the way. I stood beneath the mirror and gleaned the illusions All we see is control. All we know is control. A lifetime of dysphoria with no words to name it. So now let’s speak it in the clear words of the vulnerable. Let us find communion in driving our blades Singing deeper together, singing blessed, and singing low To resonate as many ones, to resonate in blackened blackened thoughts It’s the waiting that kills us. The ungappable distance which frightens us. Hear our unified chorus which vomits calls out to say: You are blessed to even see it. Try to remove all preconceptions. Feel yourself here with us. Imagine expectation is gone. You can be free from it all. You can be free from it all. You can be free from it all. You can be free from it all.

An Offering 01:44
Insecure – Knees sinking as I try to remain Cold path of unseeing Cold path of unchoosing Unsecure – destroying my body before i can offer it to you. Before my shoulders made the slightest move I would feed the world and heal your pain, Prey as you are. I can offer you this way within. Take it. Take me. Take me. Take me. Tap your tongue to trill out that you have always known. Say it. Tell me your true name. I know. I’ve known. Protect them.
6.
Liberate me Break upon me Harm Borrow the sun Locate the stone Free my love Free my The Barrier of Fear let loose at last to liberate me from my animate false self levitating far from the ground where I can be one and feel impossibility soften, where I can have new greatest days, where i can look at myself and know my own thoughts. I felled the Barrier of Fear within to give myself new realer fears, but ones which the love of others might help me overcome. Might help us all overcome. The barrier remade to repel fear. Once again I heal the broken While divinity leaves us crying Attach your soul, hope, To change your mind And free home word one us The barrier has fallen. The Barrier of Fear is fallen. We are here. Let us go together. — We are a natural occurrence in a singing world Of this earth and through the sky. We seek our wings that we might only converse with each other blessed one I pray these wings carry bodies allowed to grow I beg these wings hold me and those I wish to save I seek return and I seek healing. I seek a chance to relax. These I find in your arms This we find in each other Together we lay and laze and walk Held only to the earth through memories and scars at the root. I won’t give you the key to myself just yet. We’re not quite flying. If you knew to ask I would. I would say yes. I need to say yes. Deliver me, I can’t bear it. Let me open.

An Assault 03:45
Assaulted Again! Reformed & removed From sight and the mind. Go! The body! Don't dare create! Create blooded force. Forced in blood: Fled birds give their witness. Never alone, but you found the lonely within, Exploited, and masoned it. We can't perform, our bodies broken. A puddle of vacant homes. They break it and break it and break it. Weak inside, the cowards take us for worms. There were six men. They were beating us. Their fucking bones… They curse and hurt us with their bones. They think they can see through to our fucking bones. Beating with their bones. Hurting with their bones. We bear such burdens No wings to fly–battered low, Marked by pain And want, never to learn, Never to have, always to hurt.

Let fall the curtain Let fall the veil Climbing out of a hole Crawling out of your home Scraping out of restraints And climbing out of a hole you sold and sold Categories aren’t for us Reject any division Curve us faggots around their spaces We found ourselves And take nothing as prescribed, For our ways root through the soil To populate the trees Living sure, bloodletting blood Make me feel all your pain Let me show you I’m brave Let’s mark each other’s skin And be thankful memories last longer than bruises In their eyes: bled, blood, living gods. They can’t unsee the veil placed and bred upon them Tragic and heavy upon them. Living unseeing, pleading, begging to keep holding on Living content to die Climbing out of a hole Crawling out of your home Let me show you I’m brave You will never have my child You will never have my stock Crammed inside that hole Nothing but a hole Broken, break me again Let strangers approach me As I slowly float away Climbing out of my hole

In Diva Karr’s sophomore album, ‘Hardly Still Walking, Not Yet Flying’, they further expand upon their feverish blend of noise and black metal. At once technical and filthy, both orthodox and eclectic listeners will have much to sink their teeth into.
